The Medallion Club is a wonderful golf club in Westerville, Ohio. The brick and wooden bridges are great for portraits. I also have a few hidden spots I always like to go to as well. The last time I was on the course we found ourselves face to face with a deer. We started the day at New Albany United Methodist Church where Julie and Andy are getting ready. Before the ceremony we had a few portraits done with Julie and her bridesmaids. After the ceremony we went to the Medallion Club for the creative portraits. When we were going into the reception after the creative portraits a storm was coming on in. I then turned to use the clouds in the background for one last photo. The clouds looked amazing and loved what came out from it.

This wedding was a lot of fun to photograph because I tried a few new things and worked out perfectly. I started at the Medallion Club in Westerville Ohio as the women are getting their hair done. The guys soon arrived after that. When everyone was ready Katie and Michael had their first look. We had it outside the clubhouse in the shade. After shooting a few photos I let them talk for a little while. I always like doing first looks because the groom is less nervous and I get more time to take portraits. The bride and groom also get to enjoy cocktail hour with their friends. I found some wonderful spots along the cart path at the Medallion Club to take photos. I was so happy to make the iPad slide show for them at the reception. All the photos turned out great. I can't wait for my next wedding at the Medallion Club! Congratulations to Katie and Michael!

I loved everything at Jessica and Alex's wedding at the Medallion Club. From the first look to the last dance it all came together perfectly. I started at the Medallion Club to photograph Jessica and her bridesmaids getting ready. We then traveled to the Catholic Church of the Resurrection to have the official 'first look' when Alex sees Jessica for the first time. This gave us time to get most of the portraits out of the way. We got some great photos outside the church on such a beautiful day. The ceremony was great and I got some wonderful photos from the balcony. The portraits from the Medallion club were picturesque with a rainbow in the background. I had so much fun this wedding I wish I could do it again. Congratulations to Jessica and Alex.
Allyson and Ben’s wedding was wonderful. It was a perfect day with no rain. They choose St. James Catholic Church for their ceremony and The Medallion Club for their reception site. I started at the Medallion Club with Allyson for her hair and makeup. Her hair stylist was Holly Juddah and her makeup was done by Candy Thomas. We traveled to St. James Catholic Church for the ceremony. Everything turned out great! We then went to the Medallion Club for the portraits and reception. The Medallion Club is one of my favorite reception halls because of the wonderful staff and the golf course is so beautiful! I couldn’t ask for a better place for a reception. Below are a few of my favorite images for the wedding.

Samantha Stump and Daniel Hange were married on November 8, 2008 at the Medallion Club in Westerville, Ohio. Hanging out with Samantha and Daniel for their engagement shoot and their wedding was a lot of fun! Samantha started out at the Charles Penzone at Polaris for her hair. At the same time, Daniel bowled with the groomsmen at Capri Lanes. Photographing the guys bowling with a few lighting tricks was a lot of fun! Also, it was neat to hear that the veil Samantha wore had a nice history to it. The veil was worn by her great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, aunt, and now passed on to Samantha!
Pro bowler... Daniel Hange
Beautiful dress from front to back.
Elegance comes natural even when talking on the phone. ;)
The veil worn by her grandmother, mother, and sister.
Very nice touch.
The cufflinks, also a very nice touch.
Best music ever..."Keep you hat on" by Tom Jones.
I like this shot with the air bubbles forming on the leaves of the orchids.
One great wedding with one great couple.
Have fun in Orlando!
