Kaylan and Kevin's River Club Wedding

I really enjoyed Kaylan and Kevin's Wedding at the River Club at Confluence Park. The view was spectacular! The food was amazing and Kaylan and Kevin were a lot of fun to work with. We started to get ready at the Overbrook Presbyterian Church on 4131 N. High Street. The ceremony was beautiful and I got some great photos of the flower girl along with their exit from the church. We then traveled to Nationwide Blvd Arch Park. The photos that I got from here are some of my favorite from all year. I love it when the entire wedding party lines up and I tell them to start laughing at each other. It breaks the ice and everyone has fun doing it. When then do all the other fun shots along with some romantic photos of just Kaylan and Kevin together. We then went to River Club at Confluence Park for the wedding reception. As I said before the view was awesome and  the reception was fantastic. I back lit their first dance and loved it. The staff at the River Club were great as well. I just wish I had more weddings there because there are so many portrait locations I would love to try. Below are just a few of my favorite photos from their wedding. Lisa and Michael's Coffman Park Pavilion Wedding

Lisa and Michael's wedding was a pleasure to photograph. We started at one of my favorite salons Charles Penzone in Dublin, Ohio. It is one of my favorite salons because of the space I get to move around. We then went to the Lifepoint Church in Dublin, Ohio for getting ready photos and ceremony. I always like to take photos of the dress hanging up at each wedding so I know I covered all the details of the dress. Lisa’s dress was very unique and my wife Jenna told me she loved it as she was taking photos. After the ceremony we traveled to the Coffman Park Pavilion in Dublin, Ohio for portraits and the reception. Below are a few of my favorite photos from the wedding. I love the photos of them with the clouds in the background. I try to do this technique at every wedding because I love how it turns out.

Allyson and Ben's Wedding at the Medallion Club

Allyson and Ben’s wedding was wonderful. It was a perfect day with no rain. They choose St. James Catholic Church for their ceremony and The Medallion Club for their reception site. I started at the Medallion Club with Allyson for her hair and makeup. Her hair stylist was Holly Juddah and her makeup was done by Candy Thomas. We traveled  to St. James Catholic Church for the ceremony. Everything turned out great! We then went to the Medallion Club for the portraits and reception. The Medallion Club is one of my favorite reception halls because of the wonderful staff and the golf course is so beautiful! I couldn’t ask for a better place for a reception. Katie and Sean's Wedding at Buckeye Lake

I have been to Buckeye Lake before but never from the Buckeye Lake Yacht Club. I liked the beach chairs on the long porch and the view is great. I can't wait to go back for a boat tour or water skiing. I went to the rehearsal on Friday to check it all out and say hi to the wedding party. We started at the Yacht Club before the wedding for the getting photos. We only had a little bit of rain during the wedding but it cleared up pretty quickly for the portraits. I loved the area, the food was great, the band was great and I got some great photos along the dock at the Buckeye Lake Yacht Club. Below are a few of my favorite wedding photos.

Amy and Patrick's Wedding at Hyatt on Capitol Square

I loved working with Any and Patrick. I was so happy to be their wedding photographer. Hanging out with them and looking back at the photos I could see how much they love each other. I had so much fun capturing the moments of their wedding. I love photographing weddings and it is a pleasure when working with great couples like Amy and Patrick. We started at the Hyatt on Capitol Square. It is a great location downtown next to the Ohio State House. The Ohio State House is great place for portraits. We stayed on the shaded side and started with the formal portraits along with the fun ones. After the ceremony at the Hyatt they had cocktail hour as they transformed the room opening up the ballroom. There where so many nice details I couldn't wait to start shooting all of them. The food was excellent and first dance was perfect. This is such a great wedding to start off my wedding season. This year is going to be great!
