Kaylan and Kevin's River Club Wedding

I really enjoyed Kaylan and Kevin's Wedding at the River Club at Confluence Park. The view was spectacular! The food was amazing and Kaylan and Kevin were a lot of fun to work with. We started to get ready at the Overbrook Presbyterian Church on 4131 N. High Street. The ceremony was beautiful and I got some great photos of the flower girl along with their exit from the church. We then traveled to Nationwide Blvd Arch Park. The photos that I got from here are some of my favorite from all year. I love it when the entire wedding party lines up and I tell them to start laughing at each other. It breaks the ice and everyone has fun doing it. When then do all the other fun shots along with some romantic photos of just Kaylan and Kevin together. We then went to River Club at Confluence Park for the wedding reception. As I said before the view was awesome and  the reception was fantastic. I back lit their first dance and loved it. The staff at the River Club were great as well. I just wish I had more weddings there because there are so many portrait locations I would love to try. Below are just a few of my favorite photos from their wedding. Ashley and Scott's OSU Blackwell Wedding

Ashley and Scott are a great couple. I loved all the details that they had at their wedding. They had an Asian theme to their wedding and it looked gorgeous. I also liked that the Blackwell hotel is right off of campus. Every thing was with in walking distance and worked out perfectly! We started at the Blackwell hotel for getting the hair and makeup done. We then traveled to the outside patio for a few portraits before they saw each other. The ceremony was beautiful and not a cloud in the sky. After the ceremony the entire wedding party went to the Ohio State Football stadium also called The Shoe for a few wedding portraits. Then we went to the Oval in the center of the OSU campus. The wedding party and I came back to the Blackwell for the reception with an elegant first dance to surprise all their guests. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding! Thanks Ashley and Scott for having me be a part of your wonderful wedding!

Amy and Ben's Wedding at the Brookside Country Club

Amy and Ben were a lot of fun to work with on their wedding day. We traveled quite a bit for the portraits because we had so much time. I loved it! The more time you can give your wedding photographer the better the portraits are going to be. Their photos turned out fantastic! We started at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Worthington. I was there for the rehearsal to view the lighting the day before and it was great to see it so lit up. The blue background behind the alter was a great accent and it was decorated beautifully. After the Ceremony we took a few photos at The Brookside Country Club. This was one of the most beautiful Country Clubs I have seen around Columbus and perfect for photos. We then traveled to the Park of Roses because we had so much time. There are a few areas that I love and I think the wedding party had some fun also. Right before the reception I got to take Amy and Ben out again for a few more photos around Brookside on the golf course. I am so happy with the photos. Amy and Patrick's Wedding at Hyatt on Capitol Square

I loved working with Any and Patrick. I was so happy to be their wedding photographer. Hanging out with them and looking back at the photos I could see how much they love each other. I had so much fun capturing the moments of their wedding. I love photographing weddings and it is a pleasure when working with great couples like Amy and Patrick. We started at the Hyatt on Capitol Square. It is a great location downtown next to the Ohio State House. The Ohio State House is great place for portraits. We stayed on the shaded side and started with the formal portraits along with the fun ones. After the ceremony at the Hyatt they had cocktail hour as they transformed the room opening up the ballroom. There where so many nice details I couldn't wait to start shooting all of them. The food was excellent and first dance was perfect. This is such a great wedding to start off my wedding season. This year is going to be great!

North Bank Park Pavilion Columbus Ohio Wedding

I really like second shooting at weddings. I got to hang back and help out my friend Ben Simon with his wedding at the North Bank Park Pavilion in Columbus. We started at the Westin Hotel as she got ready and then we headed down to the North Bank Park Pavilion for some portraits. The photos turned out great!
